Goals & Objectives

The Facilities Management Office comprises a “Facilities Service Section” and a “Technical Service Section.”  Each of the section is supported by a motivated team working jointly towards achieving the goals & objectives of the Office.
 
Our goals & objectives are:
  1. To provide quality, effective and efficient facilities management services;
  2. To achieve effective and efficient utilization of resources;
  3. To provide a clean, well maintained and appealing campus;
  4. To provide a healthy and safe environment;
  5. To provide an environmentally friendly campus;
  6. To provide a barrier-free campus;
  7. To provide quality learning and teaching space;
  8. To plan Alteration & Addition (A&A) works to new and existing premises in a more flexible approach to cater for changes in use;
  9. To develop dynamic space planning; and
  10. To develop high quality and well-designed campuses.
