【Be Kind To Yourself, Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining】Community Webinar

COVID-19 has changed our lifestyle. The occurrence of fatigue and symptoms fighting against the epidemic has affected our mental and physical health. To enhance public awareness of public and mental health, #TWC will launch a series of community online webinars under "EduCare@TWC - Caring Through Education" campaign from this Sept to Dec, covering the topic of psychology and Chinese medicine.

The first webinar, "Be Kind To Yourself, Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining", will be conducted on 24 September 2022 (Sat). The seminar will be delivered by Professor Alex Chan, Dean and Professor of the School of Arts and Humanities of TWC. He will share tips of self-compassion and how to overcome adversity and difficulties from a positive psychology perspective.
