WSE Cosmopolitan Youth English Summer Camp has been proven a popular programme among schools in Hong Kong. In its fifteenth year this summer, the programme will bring overseas undergraduates from leading universities in U.K. here to conduct a series of activity-based English lessons in local primary and secondary schools.
It offers our local undergraduates a cultural exchange experience and opportunities to enhance their English and social skills while working along with their overseas counterpart as well as teaching experience with the local primary and secondary students through this scheme, the details are as follow:

3-7 July 2018 (Preparation Week for English Summer Camp)
9 July-3 August 2018 (As to be teaching assistant for English Summer Camp)
6-17 August 2018 (Program Administration Work at office)
Allowance:
HK$150 per day for the period of camp day ONLY
(3-7 July 2018, 9 July-3 August 2018)
Task:
Ø Cooperate and assist overseas teachers in conducting the lessons and activities for local primary and secondary schools
Ø Assist in leading the local students to learn in the lesson and managing their discipline
Ø Preparing learning materials
Ø Act as the bridge between the local students and overseas teachers , assist in leading the local students to learn in the lesson and managing their discipline
Ø Onsite and logistic support on the event and programs
Ø Prepare contents of website, video, photos and correspondence
Ø Manage and enter database for evaluation survey; compile reports and data analysis on the evaluation survey
Ø Provide administrative support and miscellaneous duties as assigned

An interview will be conducted in early May 2018, and HK$500 deposit (Cross Cheque) will be collected at interview. Successful applicants with attendance rate of 80% or above can fully reimburse the deposit after completion of the program while unsuccessful applicants can get back the deposit in late June.
