Jockey Club End-of-Life Community Care Project

“Drawing Competition on End-of-Life Care”

The Chinese University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Institute of Ageing (“IOA”) was established in 2014 with a donation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and Prof. Jean Woo is its Director. The IOA is currently engaged in the “Jockey Club End-of-Life Community Care Project” (JCECC), which was launched in 2016 with a donation from the Jockey Club Charities Trust. JCECC is a multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional and cross-sectoral collaboration to help enhance end-of-life (“EOL”) care in Hong Kong with special emphasis on the interface between social and medical systems.

As one of the project partners, IOA aims at raising public awareness on EOL care. The Territory-Wide Drawing Competition on End-of-Life Care will be launched among secondary school students, tertiary students, medical and social care professions, general public and the elderly so as to arouse public awareness about “good death”. The deadline of the competition is 29 May 2020 (Friday). Please press here to download the "Application Form".

Should you require additional information, please contact Ms Tsui of IOA at 3943 9294 / 6153 7195 or Ms Tong at 3943 5477 / 9709 4903.
