The Hong Kong Mental Health Survey during the COVID-19 Pandemic
15/05/2020

Tung Wah College (TWC) and the Mental Health Association Hong Kong (MHAHK) join together to conduct a study titled “The Hong Kong Mental Health Survey during the COVID-19 Pandemic”, supervised by Prof. Lawrence T. Lam the Acting President (Academic) of the Tung Wah College.

The aim of the survey is to gain a better understanding of your mental health status and the related experience during this period when the world is facing the COVID-19 pandemic. The questionnaire consists of some general questions on your experience in the past few weeks, your recent feeling, and some basic information for statistical purposes. There is no right or wrong answer to the questions. Please answer each question according to your true feeling or situation. This survey only takes about 10-15 minutes.

You have every right to withdraw from the study before or during the process. All information related to you will remain confidential unless it is summoned by the court. Information provided will be identifiable by codes known only to the researchers.

If you have any questions about the conduct of this survey, please do not hesitate to contact Ms. Kathy Yuen, Secretary of the Research Ethics Committee of the Tung Wah College in person or in writing (c/o Research Office, Tung Wah College, 31 Wylie Road, Homantin, Hong Kong).
