Biography
Ms. Kitty Chan is currently a Senior Lecturer of the School of Arts and Humanities at Tung Wah College. She joined Tung Wah College in 2022.

Prior to joining TWC, she worked in the Language Education and SCOLAR Section under the Education Bureau and was devoted to training in-service kindergarten principals and teachers as well as engaging in research studies related to English language and literacy development of young children. Also, Ms. Chan was a Lecturer in the Childcare, Elderly and Community Services Department at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE). While she was the School Supervisor of an education center and the Head Teacher of a kindergarten, she worked closely with educators, families, and children from diverse backgrounds.
