Government Student Financial AssistanceStudent Finance Office – Financial Assistance SchemesThe Student Finance Office (SFO) under the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA) provides a number of financial assistance schemes to needy students. Eligible students may apply for the following schemes to finance their tuition fees and living expenses:Students who would like apply for the above schemes may submit an online application through the "SFO E-link – My Applications" platform. FASP
NLSPS - The NLSPS is used to complement the FASP to provide loans to eligible students to settle tuition fees. Therefore, eligible students may apply for the FASP and the NLSPS simultaneously.

Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS): For students who would like to apply for the ENLS, please complete the ENLS application form and submit your completed application before the stipulated deadline in person to the SFO after completing the online NLSPS application. For details of the ENLS, please refer to SFO’s website.

Deferral of Tuition Fee Payment (For Current Students)For current students who have applied for government financial assistance or have financial difficulties in settling the tuition fee before the payment due date, they may apply to defer the payment of tuition fee via the following link:
