Application for Refund of Deposit
Application for Refund of Deposit (2021/2022 Entry)
Application for refund of deposit (with HK$500 administration fee deducted) will be processed only if:
  1. applicants cannot fulfil the admission requirement(s) of the respective programme (documentary proofs need to be submitted on or before 31 August 2021) or;
  2. applicants can present official documents/ payment receipts confirming your admission to a degree programme funded by UGC or under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP) on or before noon, 16 August 2021 (for applicants with JUPAS main round offer) or 1 September 2021 (for applicants with JUPAS clearing round offer). For applicants who are offered a UGC-funded or SSSDP degree programme after the clearing round or through non-JUPAS channels, please submit the application for refund within 3 working days after acceptance/confirmation of offer.
Please complete the application form for refund of deposit (download here) and send the completed form with documentary proofs to the Registry (applytwc@twc.edu.hk) on or before the stipulated deadline. Applications received after the stipulated deadline will NOT be entertained.
