The Programme Registration for 2023/24 entry will be conducted on-line.

(A) Programme Registration Schedule

For students receiving the confirmation letter after the registration day of the respective programme, they are required to complete on-line programme registration within one working day after payment for tuition fee is confirmed by the Finance Office.

Admission through JUPAS

JUPAS Main Round

Applicants who paid the acceptance fee to JUPAS will receive the offer confirmation via email after noon, 11 August 2023 and can download the payment advice for tuition fee afterwards.

JUPAS Main Round (After Rechecking and Remarking Results)

Applicants who paid the acceptance fee to JUPAS will receive the offer confirmation via email on 25 August 2023 and can download the payment advice for tuition fee afterwards.

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

JUPAS Clearing Round

Applicants who paid the acceptance fee to JUPAS will receive the offer confirmation via email on 30 August 2023 and can download the payment advice for tuition fee afterwards.

Date: 30 August 2023 (Wed)

Time: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

(B) Payment of Tuition Fees

Students MUST pay the first instalment of tuition fee BEFORE the programme registration date as listed in "(A) Programme Registration Schedule" above by following the payment procedures provided by the Finance Office (FO) on the payment advice. The payment advice will be available for download in the TWC Admission System (https://www.twc.edu.hk/admission/) after the offer confirmation is issued to a student.

Should a student fail to settle the first instalment of tuition fee by the stipulated schedule, the admission offer will be released to other applicants. Applications for deferral of payment would ONLY be considered for students who are receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) with documentary proof issued by the Social Welfare Department (SWD).

During the designated period for on-line programme registration as listed in "(A) Programme Registration Schedule" above, students should sign in to the TWC Admission System (https://www.twc.edu.hk/admission/) and complete the programme registration procedures as follows:

Upload a passport size photo (for production of Student Identity Card)
Fill in emergency contact details
Upload identity document(s)
[For students aged below 18 only] Complete and upload the "Letter of Consent for Students Aged under 18" (click here)
Fill in personal data verification form
Register for Inauguration Ceremony
