Registry Manager (Admission and Recruitment)

Duties

The appointee will be required to:

  1. Manage a team of admission and recruitment officers to oversee the admissions process, including promotion, enquiries, applications, interviews, and offer issuance;
  2. Represent the College at recruitment events including information sessions, expos, admission talks, campus tours, taster programmes for promotion and admission;
  3. Develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution of admission-related events and activities;
  4. Utilize CRM, student information, and admission systems to streamline admissions and recruitment processes, ensuring efficient data management and effective communication with prospective students;
  5. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including schools and networks, to increase enrolment;
  6. Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate effective communications;
  7. Maintain accurate student records, support reporting and analysis, and utilize data-driven insights to improve enrollment strategies; and
  8. Provide support and guidance for other projects and duties as assigned.

 

Requirements
  1. Applicants should have a recognised degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Education.
  2. At least eight years’ experience in student recruitment, marketing, or related disciplines.
  3. Managerial experience in education, especially post-secondary institutes or as career master / teacher in secondary schools would be an advantage.
  4. Non-education experience in sales, marketing, public relations, relationship and account management, or customer service would also be considered.
  5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in CRM systems, admissions software, student information systems.
  7. Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge in programming and IT.
  8. Immediate availability would be an advantage.

 

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
