Part-time Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

The appointee will be required but not limited to:

  • perform clerical support to the Human Resources Office including data input, filing, document scanning and payment handling; provide logistic support to recruitment interviews, trainings and staff activities; and
  • carry out any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Applicants should have:

  • possess a higher diploma and preferably with some clerical working experience;
  • have the ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently;
  • be proficient in computer applications including MS Office, Outlook and Chinese word processing;
  • be pro-active, detail-minded with positive work attitude;
  • possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and
  • a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
