Student Affairs Office recently held our FIRST Fitness Day on 20th September 2023 at the vibrant Campus Square in King's Park Campus. The event aimed to raise awareness of fitness among students and staff while fostering a dynamic sports atmosphere within the college community.
Fitness Day commenced with a distinguished kick-off ceremony, graced by officiating guests including Mr. Patrick HO (Acting Vice President (Administration & Development)), Mr. Simon LAU (Head of Student Affairs) and three student representatives from sports related student societies. Their esteemed presence set the tone for a day filled with energy and enthusiasm.

Mr. Patrick HO performed the ceremonial basketball shot, symbolizing the smooth and successful progression of the event.
Participants engaged in a comprehensive physical fitness assessment, including 3-minute step test, 1-minute sit-up test, hand grip strength test, and vital statistics measurement. This assessment provided valuable insights into individual fitness levels and encouraged our students and staff to prioritize their well-being.
The physical fitness assessments were proceeding in full swing.
