Job duties:
Interns are mainly deployed to:
(a) Assist in production, editing and proofreading of content for Youth.gov.hk and/or Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) Website and the related social media platforms;
(b) Support marketing and related activities and write-up for marketing collaterals and literature for Youth.gov.hk and/or SIE Fund;
(c) Assist in surveys/researches on youth-related and social innovation/ entrepreneurship development – related topics;
(d) Perform validation and maintenance of information and data for Youth.gov.hk, SIE Fund Website and related IT systems; and
(e) Perform any other duties assigned by the administration teams of Youth.gov.hk and SIE Fund Website.
Requirement:
Applicants must –
(a) be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(b) be enrolled in full-time courses of locally or overseas (Hong Kong students) accredited post-secondary institutions;
(d) Second year or above and not be studying in or complete their final year of study before the internship period commences, i.e. to be graduated in 2018 will not be considered;
(e) Major in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, Translation, or related fields;
(f) obtained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (for appointment purpose, “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
(g) have basic knowledge in computer applications and research skills on the Internet; and
(h) be proficient in written English and Chinese and fluent in both Cantonese and spoken English.

15 June to 31 August 2018 (2.5 months)

Remuneration:
HK$9,800 per month
Application Procedure: 
Students should download the application form (application form) and submit to the SAO at 19/F, KPC by 19 April 2018.
Remarks:
44 hours/week, Rest day, statutory holidays, general holidays, sickness days, where appropriate, will be granted to successful candidates in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance. They are subject to the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme Ordinance (Cap. 485).
