It has been come to our attention that some staff and students may occasionally stay inside the Campus buildings beyond the opening hours due to work or study purpose. In order to ensure the safety of staff and students staying inside the Campus buildings beyond the opening hours, we sincerely solicit your support in observing the following procedures:

1. Staff and students who require to stay beyond opening hours shall require to notify the Facilities Management Office (FMO) or Security Control Room of respective Campus buildings. The notification could be made by either telephone or verbal preferably at least half an hour before the close of the Campus buildings. Please note that staff and students are NOT allowed to stay beyond the opening hours at Tung Wah College Kwai Hing Campus (KHC).

2. Staff and students shall notify FMO/Security Control Room the place where they require to stay beyond the opening hours and they shall not access other areas of the Campus buildings.

3. For Tung Wah College Ma Kam Chan Memorial Building (KPC), students are generally only allowed to stay at the G/F Foyer and 1/F Learning Commons (which are opened 24 hours) after the closing of Campus. If they require to stay at other locations of KPC, they shall notify FMO or Security Control Room with the reason clearly stated.

4. Staff and students who were allowed to stay inside the Campus buildings beyond the opening hours shall notify the respective Security Control Room when they leave the Campus buildings.

5. Staff and students shall be required to register at the respective Security Control Room when they enter the Campus buildings after the opening hours. Please note that NO enter after the opening hours is allowed at KHC.
