Principal Recommendation Scheme for 2026/2027 Entry
To support secondary school students in their academic and personal development, the Principal Recommendation Scheme (PRS) will continue for the 2026/2027 academic year. The Scheme offers a special admissions pathway for students nominated by their school principals, providing guaranteed interview opportunities and an alternative route to admission.
Two Distinct Pathways

| Selection Criteria: | Applicants have to demonstrate strong academic performance and potential to succeed in their selected programme. Evidence of their ability to thrive in an academic environment should be provided through school reports, academic records, awards, or other relevant academic achievements. |
Applicants must have notable accomplishments in areas such as sports, arts, leadership, community service, or other extracurricular activities that highlight their unique talents and contributions. |

Each school may submit an allocated number of recommendations via academic or non-academic path.

There is a GUARANTEED interview opportunity for recommended students which will take place in June tentatively.

Successful candidates will receive ONE unconditional offer^# as deemed appropriate.

Recommended candidates must complete the full application procedures by submitting their applications online at https://www.twc.edu.hk/admission/.

Application fee is NOT required for recommended students. Their application will be proceeded after the recommendation is verified.
^For the Higher Diploma in Nursing (SSSDP), only a conditional offer will be made to successful PRS candidates. These candidates must meet the minimum entrance requirements set by the NCHK, i.e. achieving HKDSE results of “222A2” for this programme.
#Recommended candidates who pass the interview but do not fully meet the minimum entrance requirements will be admitted under the non-standard entry quota, enabling the College to admit students with exceptional potential beyond academic metrics.
Schools are requested to submit their “Principal’s Recommendation Forms” that sent via email and reach TWC on or before Friday, 5 June 2026.
