The appointee will be required but not limited to:

1. Provide account servicing support to units in the area of human resources management, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and staff development;
2. Maintain and ensure accuracy of staff information in the Human Resources Information System;
3. Prepare management reports, statistics reports and analysis to internal departments and external authorities;
4. Update and maintain HR database;
5. Assist in implementation of the new Human Resources Information System; and
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Applicants should possess / be:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related disciplines;
2. 3 years of relevant working experience in human resources management, preferably gained in the tertiary institutions or public bodies;
3. Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations;
4. High level of proficiency in Excel and other IT applications;
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
6. Detail-minded and have good organization and interpersonal skills.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
