The appointee will be required to:
- provide support for programme and student administration, including the maintenance and filing of student records, programme and course registration, credit transfer, timetabling, examinations and graduation logistics;
- prepare reports based on student records;
- provide secretarial and logistical support to various committees;
- provide support for College events such as Inauguration Ceremony, Graduation Ceremony, and other academic activities; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should :
- possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- Candidates with some relevant working experience and experience in handling non-local student related-matters would be an advantage;
- be pro-active, detail-mined with a positive work attitude and have good team spirit;
- possess good interpersonal and organization skills;
- be able to multi-task and work independently;
- be proficient in computer applications including MS Office, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing. Candidates with hands-on experience in Student Information Systems would be an advantage; and
- have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Successful candidate(s) will be offered a temporary full-time contract until 31 August 2025.
