The appointee will be required but not limited to:
- assist in supervising a team of administrative staff;
- provide a wide range of administrative/managerial support to the School Dean/ Associate Deans and the School including resource allocation, budget planning, procurement and staff matters;
- manage academic programme operations;
- coordinate clinical practicum;
- organize activities including workshops, seminars, meetings and other events;
- provide secretarial service to the Committees;
- maintain the office’s information and record management systems; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess be:
- recognized Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in administration and office management preferably gained in tertiary education sector;
- literacy in computer applications, knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and Chinese word processing would be an advantage;
- proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills;
- knowledge in clinical setting (experience in coordinating clinical practicum would be an advantag and the ability to work independently; and
- self-motivated, proactive and multi-tasking.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
