The appointee will be required to provide support in the following areas:
- a wide range of administrative support to the School Dean and the School including resource allocation, budget planning, procurement and staff matters;
- support academic programme operations;
- coordinate clinical practicum;
- organize activities including workshops, seminars, meetings and other events;
- provide secretarial service to Committees; and
- maintain the office’s information and record management systems.
The appointee should:
- have a recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in administration and office management;
- have experience in academic programme management and development in tertiary education sectors is preferable;
- have knowledge in clinical setting (i.e. experience in coordinating clinical practicum) would be an advantage;
- have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and possess good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills;
- self-motivated, proactive, multi-tasking and able to work independently;
- have proficiency in computer applications and skills in using apps for multimedia editing (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) would be an advantage.
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Officer.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
