The appointee will be required but not limited to:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to student development programmes and activities to enrich campus life and students’ total learning experience;
• Provide administrative services for Student Orientation and Welcoming Day, Sports Development and Operation of the Student Activity Venues to support for student development and special needs;
• Provide support and communications with student societies and student groups, e.g. National Flag Raising SQUAD and ICAC Ambassador Scheme;
• Assist Supervisor to conduct student surveys and prepare reports;
• Provide logistic support to student activities including seminar, workshop, training, study tour, meeting, and other events; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by his/her Supervisor.

• Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• Have at least 3 years relevant experiences in administration and office management, preferably gained in tertiary education sector;
• Have literacy in computer applications;
• Have proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Have good organizational and communication skills;
• Be self-motivated, proactive and multi-tasking; and
• Have capability and passion to work with students.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
