The appointee will be required but not limited to:
- Proactively identify local and international NGOs or potential collaboration partners and stakeholders to ascertain community needs. Develop strategies to address these needs, ensuring alignment with TWC’s mission to nurture socially responsible students.
- Partner with TWC Schools and Administrative Units as well as external organisations to develop structured engagement programmes with clear objectives, outcomes, and promote volunteerism within the TWC community.
- Organise community engagement projects and activities, collect feedback from stakeholders, provide constructive suggestions, and prepare reports for management's regular review.
- Assist with other projects of the Global Affairs and Partnership Team as needed.
- Carry out additional duties as instructed by the Head of the Institutional Partnership and Engagement Office (IPEO).
Applicants should:
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Possess good planning, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing or executing community engagement programs in tertiary institutions, public sector, or statutory bodies would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being advantageous.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
