The appointee is expected to perform, but not limited to the following duties:
- provide counter services and perform fee collection duties;
- handle student inquiries;
- prepare billings and implement fee collection procedures;
- update accounts receivable records in the accounting system;
- maintain document filing;
- supervise part-time executive assistants;
- provide administrative support to colleagues in the Finance Office; and
- perform any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisors.
- possess a higher diploma or associate degree or above with some working experience;
- be customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and language proficiency;
- be patient and be able to work under pressure;
- be good at figures and familiar with Microsoft Office software applications (Word and Excel);
- be a good team member, have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work on multi-tasking and;
- candidates with less experience would also be considered.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
