The appointee will be required but not limited to:
- provide support to academic programme administration and operations;
- perform day-to-day administrative operations and provide effective and efficient support to the unit;
- provide secretarial support to committees, boards and working group by taking minutes, drafting papers, preparing statistics and compiling reports;
- assist in information and record management, admission exercises and organizing events (e.g. short courses, conferences, seminars, staff/ student exchange activities); and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should:
- possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree;
- have at least 1 year of relevant working experience preferably gained in tertiary education sector;
- have the ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently;
- be self-motivated with positive work attitude and have good team spirit;
- possess good planning, problem-solving, interpersonal and organization skills; and
- have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
