The appointee is required to teach a range of specialised, sustainability-related courses, as well as foundational business courses. She/he is also expected to engage in research and have publication output; take the initiative to promote good teaching and collaborative research; participate in academic programme development and validation exercises; perform other academic activities, including academic advising, examination and assessment, student recruitment, student internship arrangement, and whole-person development activities of students; take up responsibilities in School and College committee work; and contribute to the implementation of the College and School’s strategic initiatives and development.

For the Assistant Professor (Research Track) position, applicants should possess a PhD or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline and have a good record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.

For the Senior Lecturer position, applicants should preferably have a PhD or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline. However, applicants with a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and with not less than 6 years of relevant teaching experience in the tertiary education sector will be considered.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
