The appointee is required to perform clerical support to the Human Resources Office including data input, filing, document scanning and payment handling; provide logistic support to recruitment interviews, trainings and staff activities; and carry out any other duties as assigned.
Applicants are required to possess a higher diploma and preferably with some clerical working experience. Applicants should have the ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently; be proficient in computer applications including MS Office, Outlook and Chinese word processing; be pro-active, detail-minded with positive work attitude; possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
