The appointee will be required but not limited to:
- Work with faculty and units to coordinate and process admissions, enrolment, and graduation processes as well as supporting programme implementation;
- Monitoring student progress and ensuring timely completion of programmes;
- Coordinate thesis submission and examination processes;
- Support the GRO's activities and provide assistance to students and staff;
- Plan and organize workshops, seminars, training sessions, and events;
- Provide administrative support and maintain records, ensuring compliance with standards;
- Assist with communication and dissemination of information;
- Maintain records and generate regular reports;
- Assist with budget management and resource allocation; and
- Provide secretarial support to meetings.
The appointee should have:
- Master's degree or equivalent is preferred;
- Experience in higher education administration;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication abilities;
- Knowledge of student services and support; and
- Proficiency in administrative systems and processes.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
