The appointee will serve in the following working place and time:

Working Place: King’s Park Campus,

Working Time: Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Until August 2025);

                                    5:00pm - 9:00pm (Starting from September 2025)

The appointee will be required but not limited to:

1. assist users in the use of library services, resources and facilities;
2. support the arrangements of library workshops and events;
3. provide clerical support towards library operations;
4. perform shelving and shelf-reading; and
5. carry out any other appropriate duties as needed.

Appointee should:

1. have Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B), or any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English), or equivalent;
2. be willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility;
3. have good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
4. be proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word;
5. be available for 8 hours (or above) per week for training or duties; and
6. preference will be given to candidates who can work at night and weekend shifts.
