The appointee will be required, but not limited to, providing the following services:

1. to plan, design and organize campus improvement works;
2. to liaise with different schools and units;
3. to prepare specifications, drawings, tender documents, etc. for the works;
4. to supervise contractors and monitor the work progress; and
5. to perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Facilities Management or his delegates.

Applicants should:

1. possess a degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services / Architectural Studies / Construction Management / Engineering Management or related discipline;
2. have at least 3 years of working experience of which about 2 years’ experience in relevant field is preferred;
3. be good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and other related software; and
4. have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
