1. To support the development of the student research support portal with respect to the integrated, individualised, interactive, intelligent features;
2. To work closely with project team and stakeholders to understand user needs, analyse project requirements and translate them into software specifications;
3. To develop software solutions based on project requirements, using programming languages, frameworks, and development tools;
4. To collaborate with the production vendor to design software technical structure and architecture of the portal;
5. To develop contents for the portal, including converting text content to images, animation, video presentation with narration using AI technologies;
6. To be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining software code;
7. To train, save, and deploy machine learning models for the evaluation of the portal; and
8. To perform any other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus;
2. With relevant working experience, preferably 2 years of experience in software development, including developing web portals, and interactive and intelligent applications;
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, and JavaScript;
4. Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or React);
5. Understanding of software architecture and design patterns;
6. Experience in integrating AI technologies into software projects;
7. Experience in working with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications; and
8. Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn) is a plus.

Selected candidate will be offered a contract valid until the project’s end in December 2027.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
