TWC hosted a seminar titled "The National People's Congress 2024: Insight Sharing on the Impact and Opportunities for the Higher Education Sector" on 24 April 2024. We were honored to have Mr. Nicholas Chan, Hong Kong Deputy to the National People’s Congress and a Member of the Board of Governors of TWC, as well as Professor the Hon Lau Chi-pang, Associate Vice-President of Lingnan University and a Member of the College Council of TWC, to share their valuable insights on the topic. The seminar attracted nearly 200 College staff members attending both online and offline.

Mr. Nicholas Chan and Professor the Hon Lau Chi-pang offered profound insights into the impact and opportunities stemming from the National People's Congress 2024 for the higher education sector. They emphasised the potential for Hong Kong's higher education sector to contribute to the development of our country into a nation with strong technology, supporting its goals of becoming a leading country in education and talents.
