Job duties:
Interns are mainly deployed to:
(a) conducting researches of various services provided by the Department;
(b) review of various prison services and explore feasibility for services enhancement;
(c) liaising with non-government organizations for provision of rehabilitation services; etc.
Requirement:
Applicants must –
(a) be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(b) be enrolled in full-time courses of locally or overseas (Hong Kong students) accredited post-secondary institutions;
(c) Final year students may also apply as long as they can commit to serve until the end of programme;
(d) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
(e) good computer knowledge including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Duration:
July to August 2018 (about 8 weeks)
Work location:
Any office venue of Correctional Services Department
Remuneration:
HK$9,800 per month
Application Procedure: 
Students should download the application form (application form)and submit it together with a short essay not less than 300 words in English, specifying the reason of applying for the internship programme, and expected achievement upon participation of the programme to the SAO at 19/F, KPC by 19 April 2018.
