The speaker, Prof. Gwo-Jen Hwang, serves as an editorial board member and a reviewer for more than 30 academic journals of educational technology and e-learning. To date, Prof. Hwang has more than 150 papers published in SSCI journals. In 2016, he was announced by Times Higher Education as being the most prolific and cited researcher in the world in the field of social sciences. In the lecture, Prof. Hwang will present the tips and strategies for finding innovative e-learning research topics, designing appropriate studies and writing well-organized papers for SSCI journals.

The speaker, Prof. Jiyou Jia, has published more than 100 articles in international or national peer-reviewed journals and conferences such as Computers and Education and Knowledge-based Systems. He serves as the reviewer for international journals indexed in SCI/SSCI and the advisory expert for scientific and governmental organizations. In the lecture, Prof. Jia will present the Chinese journal system and Chinese journals relevant to education and especially technology in education. He will also identify research trends in the field and suggest promising research areas for paper submission.
