Mental Health and Wellbeing

Objectives:
- To build a multidisciplinary team in the research theme area of Mental Health and Wellbeing to create synergy for collaborative research.
- To establish interinstitutional and interdisciplinary research collaboration on translation/applied to research, focussing on improving mental health and well-being of our community.
- To obtain external funding (governmental, and industrial funding) to support translational/applied research that can improve evidence-based practice on mental health and well-being with academic and social impacts.
- To strengthen connections with policy makers, stakeholders, and industrial partners to enhance the knowledge transfer of a research work in mental health and well-being.
- To enhance faculty and students research confidence and performance with innovative and forward-looking design thinking for this specific research theme area.
Research Areas:
Research focuses on digital mental health, mental health and well-being of carers, mental health and well-being in school settings, and mental health and well-being in workplace.
