Use of Technology in Healthcare

Objectives:
The Use of Technology in Healthcare theme group (UoT) brings together researchers from various schools to collaborate on diverse research projects using different technologies. The objectives include the following:
- To develop a strategic approach to research for the specific research area that aligns with the College’s strategic plan.
- To develop proposals for external competitive grants application.
- To develop research output in specific research area.
- To share good practice and supporting College research performance in specific research area.
- To share a good practice in the development, delivery and tracking of impact.
- To identify resourcing issues relating to specific research area.
Research Areas:
Research focuses on spatial computing, telehealth, AI, digital wearables, internet of medical things (IoMT), and immersive technologies.
