A total of two TWC students were awarded scholarships under the HSBC Vocational Education Scholarship Scheme in 2015/2016. The awardees include Ms. Woo Kam Man (Year 1 student) and Mr. Fung Hok Yeuk (Year 2 student) of Associate of Health Studies.

The HSBC Vocational Education Scholarship Scheme, newly launched in this academic year, aims to recognize outstanding sub-degree students in vocational disciplines and support them to realise their goals and ambitions. Apart from academic excellence and good performance in panel interviews, the award recipients must demonstrate a commitment to serving the Hong Kong community.

One of the awardees Ms. Woo Kam Man attended the award presentation ceremony on 13 June 2016 and took a photo with Ms. Diana Cesar (Chief Executive Hong Kong, HSBC), Dr. Rosanna Wong (Non-executive Chairperson, Advisory Committee, The Hongkong Bank Foundation) and the officiating guest Mr. Carlson Tong (Chairman, University Grants Committee), together with representatives from Registry.
