Biography
Dr. Lam is currently Senior Lecturer at the School of Management of Tung Wah College. He has extensive teaching and management experience in different universities and education institutions. He has solid experience in health care IT development including Clinical Management System and Health care service mobile applications. His recent achievement is the supervision and completion of Quality Education Fund (QEF) Project – Development of Cave Automatic Virtual Environment (CAVE) - Fully Immersive Virtual Reality (VR) Facilities for Reality- and Field-based Learning in Six Secondary Schools. Dr. Lam also engages in scholarly work. He has published several research papers in various international journals and conferences.
