The BBA (Hons) programme seeks to equip students with cutting-edge professional knowledge in business administration, while at the same time inculcating an awareness of the social and ethical responsibilities of leadership and competition in the market economy. We prepare individuals for administrative-managerial careers in both private sector firms and non-profit organizations. To achieve all-roundedness, students are instructed through a synthetic approach which emphasizes theory and analysis, the ability to apply classroom ideas and concepts to real-world situations and problems, and on-the-job training. We therefore believe that our BBA graduates will accumulate valuable human capital, which will help them advance more quickly in their career paths however multi-faceted are the challenges in the workplace.
