With a background in nursing education since 2010, he is competent in tertiary education, including clinical and classroom teaching, post-graduation diploma programme development and coordination.Kelvin has over a decade of experience in the Hospital Authority, serving the acute medical and geriatric unit as a Specialty Nurse in respiratory nursing.
