Biography
Ms. Mable Wu is currently the senior clinical associate of the School of Nursing at Tung Wah College.  Besides being a registered nurse, Ms. Wu is also a registered midwife graduated from school of midwifery training, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner graduated from the University of Hong Kong.  While working as frontline, Ms. Wu has been the Chairman of the Hong Kong Endoscopy Society, Chairman of the Quality and Safety subgroup and working in various departments namely, Medical, Surgical, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatric, Orthopedic and Traumatology, endoscopy unit etc.  Ms. Wu served in the managerial position of a tertiary hospital for more than 20 years with a strong background in executive and administrative experience in healthcare setting.  She takes active role in the staff training and development, hospital accreditation, clinical audit, infection control, etc.  She has particular interest in the Quality & Safety issues and lead various initiation projects. 
 
In 2010, Ms. Wu joined the Hospital Authority Leadership Pipeline Program and the subsequent development position in the Head office of Hospital Authority for 3 years.  During the period, Ms. Wu was appointed as the project manager, she worked with other team members representing Hospital Authority to join the corporate program “OCSSS” (Online checking of subsidized health care system) in Hong Kong.  This program was led by the Food and Health Bureau, partnership with Immigration Department and Department of health.  The program was successfully launched in 2013 in Hong Kong.
