Biography
Dr. Queenie Law is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing of Tung Wah College.  She is a Registered Nurse of Nursing Council of Hong Kong and a Registered Nutritionist of Association for Nutrition (UKVRN).  Her research interest include nutrition literacy, diet modification, physical fitness and collaborative learning.  Dr. Law is a specialist (Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences) at Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications.  Besides, she is also an advisor for the Food and Beverage Committee of Jockey Club Home for Hospice, as well as a column writer for Recruit E-book in Hong Kong.
