Goals & Objectives
The Facilities Management Office comprises a “Facilities Service Section” and a “Technical Service Section.” Each of the section is supported by a motivated team working jointly towards achieving the goals & objectives of the Office.Our goals & objectives are:- To provide quality, effective and efficient facilities management services;
- To achieve effective and efficient utilization of resources;
- To provide a clean, well maintained and appealing campus;
- To provide a healthy and safe environment;
- To provide an environmentally friendly campus;
- To provide a barrier-free campus;
- To provide quality learning and teaching space;
- To plan Alteration & Addition (A&A) works to new and existing premises in a more flexible approach to cater for changes in use;
- To develop dynamic space planning; and
- To develop high quality and well-designed campuses.
