Course Description:

Understanding the legal boundaries of medical negligence is essential in daily clinical practice. Are you equipped with the professional confidence and practical skills to manage patient complaints and resolve conflicts effectively through mediation?

 

 The School of Nursing at Tung Wah College is launching a short course:

“Advanced Clinical Practice: Medical Negligence and Complaint Handling with Mediation”

The course updates participants on essential legal knowledge for daily clinical practice. Participants will strengthen their understanding of the legal principles of medical negligence and will be supported with real-world cases. The course will also cover complaints handling across a range of clinical scenarios and introduce practical mediation skills.

 

Course Highlights :

  • To evaluate the core principles of medical negligence through interactive lectures and case discussions.
  • To equip participants with practical mediation frameworks for managing healthcare complaints.
