She obtained her Ph.D. in Nursing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and previously served as a Research Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University before joining Tung Wah College.Her primary research focuses on utilizing technologies to empower lifestyle modifications, physical exercise, and mental well-being for individuals with chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease and cognitive decline. Additionally, her work involves the integration of eHealth into the healthcare system, addressing associated challenges and exploring potentials.
