QESS

To promote quality enhancement of the self-financing post-secondary sector, the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS) is set up under the Self-financing Post-secondary Education Fund by the Education Bureau, HKSAR Government, to support worthwhile non-works projects or initiatives that help enhance the quality of teaching and learning for students and teachers and the sector as a while. For details of the QESS, please refer to the QESS website.
 
The College has thus far been granted of funds from the QESS in support of enhancing teaching and learning resources. The College has also been in collaboration with other self-financing tertiary institutions on building inter-institutional resources for improving learning and teaching in the local self-financing post-secondary sector.
