QESS

To promote quality enhancement of the self-financing post-secondary sector, the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS) is set up under the Self-financing Post-secondary Education Fund by the Education Bureau, HKSAR Government, to support worthwhile non-works projects or initiatives that help enhance the quality of teaching and learning for students and teachers and the sector as a while. The College has thus far been granted of funds from the QESS in support of enhancing teaching and learning resources. The College has also been in collaboration with other self-financing tertiary institutions on building inter-institutional resources for improving learning and teaching in the local self-financing post-secondary sector.
