Science background is preferred and those without such background can still apply for the programme.

No, students of this programme do not have clinical practicum.

What is the career prospect of graduates?

Graduates are prepared to be equipped as Researchers for example Research Assistants / Technicians. They can also embark on the academic career track if they they pursue an MPhil/PhD degree. They can also study further for professional degrees at postgraduate level.

Can graduates articulate to Medicine and other health profession programmes (both local and overseas)?

Yes, graduates can apply for local and overseas professional schools, e.g., Medical, Dental or Veterinary Schools, and health profession programmes, such as Chiropractry and Physiotherapy programmes. They would be considered as “graduate” entry and may get credits for courses done depending on the Schools that they apply for.
