Biography

Arthur is a skilled healthcare professional with a strong academic background and extensive clinical expertise. Holding a Master of Science in Cardiology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Arthur has built a distinguished career in both clinical practice and education.

With substantial experience as a Specialist Respiratory Nurse in the Hospital Authority, Arthur has developed deep expertise in respiratory medicine, providing advanced patient care and contributing to service development within the public healthcare system.

Beyond clinical practice, Arthur has played an active role in professional development and knowledge sharing. This includes serving as a lecturer at a private university in Hong Kong and delivering in-service training programs for healthcare professionals within the Hospital Authority.
