Biography

Erica is a dedicated and experienced advance practice nurse with a profound commitment to patient care and a specialization in oncology. Graduating from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Erica earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree, laying a strong foundation for a career devoted to improving the lives of patients battling cancer. In 2015, She furthered her expertise by obtaining a Master’s degree in Nursing, complemented by a Professional Diploma in Advanced Nursing Practice in oncology nursing in 2022.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the oncology field, Erica has developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in cancer care. She has worked in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and specialized oncology clinics, where she has honed her skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and supportive care. Her experience has equipped her with the ability to provide compassionate care while navigating the emotional and physical challenges faced by patients and their families.

In her new role at Tung Wah College, Erica is passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of nurses, sharing insights gained throughout her career. She believes in the importance of evidence-based practice and is committed to integrating the latest research into teaching.
