He has over a decade of specialized training in cardiovascular interventions and holds three international certifications. In 2020, he was awarded a Fellowship from the Hong Kong Academy of Nursing in Cardiac Medicine. His expertise spans cardiac care, health informatics, and nursing education.Mr. Choy’s research focuses on the early detection of atrial fibrillation (AF) and stroke prevention through remote monitoring and smart-health technologies, with a particular emphasis on supporting elderly individuals living alone.
