As a Distinguished Professor at Taipei Medical University, she has been celebrated for her unparalleled academic excellence, culminating in her unprecedented five-year inclusion (2020–2024) in Stanford University's World's Top 2% Scientists list. Prof. Chou’s global influence is cemented by her exceptional academic and professional achievements. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN) and a recipient of the prestigious Fellowship Ad Eundem from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), she has been recognized as one of the most influential voices in the nursing profession.
