She is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and a Registered General Nurse. Throughout her service in the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong, she gained experience in various speciality areas, including Psychogeriatric Ward, Surgical Ward, Endoscopy Centre, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Diabetic Centre and Cardiac Care Unit, which equipped her to be a competent clinical mentor for university nursing students. She joined a newly established private hospital in 2017. She was soon appointed as the Team Leader for the Cardiac Team and Infection Control Group in the ICU of the hospital. One of her main duties was to handle the Infection Control Key Performance lndex Project. In addition, she took up the roles of an In-house Trainer for all the ICU staff as well as a mentor for newcomers in the hospital too.
